Pharmacy has been compounding prescriptions for commercially unavailable
items for over 30 years. We are one of the few remaining pharmacies
with the knowledge and ability to compound topical and pediatric
formulations, capsules, suppositories, and preservative free products.

Though commercially manufactured products are available to meet most
patients needs, compounding allows physicians and patients an alternative
in unique situations.
Our Compounding Services include:
Hormone Replacement Therapies- Natural hormones as well as
specific ratios and formulations of Estradiol, Estriol, Estrone and
Progesterone to meet specific patients' needs and requests.
Pediatric Formulations- We convert existing medications into
suspension or suppository form for younger patients, adding flavor
to unpalatable products, or creating smaller doses when a patient
requires a dose not commercially available.
Impotence Formulations- Hobbs Pharmacy has been compounding
injections to treat impotence for over 5 years and has worked with
urologists to create individual mixtures that work for specific patients.
Sterile Products- Hobbs Pharmacy has a sterile room with laminar
flow hood which gives us the capabilities to create completely sterile
products, such as injections and eye drops.
Veterinary Products- A growing field for medications, Hobbs
has compounded medications for a variety of animals from topical products
to antiepileptic medications. Our veterinary formulations are continually
growing.
